You need to improve the signal by either moving your Wi-Fi router closer to your Doorbell (since you can’t move your doorbell), or purchase a Wi-Fi extender/amplifier or the Ring Chime Pro (the newer version of the Chime Pro 2nd Generation extends both 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi frequencies). This is likely the cause of your Doorbell not functioning properly. With your device having a RSSI value of 78 (extremely poor), I am surprised your doorbell is even remaining connected to your WI-fi router. Normally a value between 25 to 40 is very good. A value of 0 is perfect and the higher the number, the worse your Wi-Fi connection is. Received Signal Strength Indicator ( RSSI ) is a measurement of the power present in your Wi-Fi signal in the Ring App (it is negative value). It shows RSSI 78 and don’t really know what it means. Although both were classified as 'Good' in Device Health, my video quality got remarkably better with the extender and better RSSI. Don’t feel my new ring doorbell is working right. Relative Signal Strength Indication (RSSI) range I added a WiFi extender just inside my front door.
